Nursing Home Security Act of 2001 - Amends title XIX (Medicaid) of the Social Security Act (SSA) to increase by ten percentage points the Federal medical assistance percentage for nursing facility services furnished by a nursing facility in a quarter if: (1) on average during the quarter at least 85 percent of the facility residents are entitled to have payment made for such services under Medicaid; and (2) the State provides satisfactory...
