Bill Summary
Veterans Home Loan Prepayment Protection Act of 2002 - Provides that the prepayment in full by a veteran of a home loan guaranteed by the Department of Veterans Affairs after enactment of this Act shall be credited on the date of its receipt at the business location of the mortgage lender and no interest may be charged thereafter. Allows such prepayment to be made by electronic funds transfer.
