Bill Summary
Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 2005, the duty on thidiazuron (herbicide) in bulk or in forms or packages for retail sale. Provides for the liquidation or reliquidation (refund) of duty on such an item that is entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption during a specified period of time.
