Bill Summary
Aviation Biometric Badge Act - Amends Federal aviation law to direct the Under Secretary of Transportation for Security to require by regulation that each security screener (or employee who has unescorted access, or may permit other individuals to have unescorted access, to an aircraft or a secured area of the airport) be issued a biometric security badge that identifies a person by fingerprint or retinal recognition.
