Violent Sexual Predator Treatment and Incarceration Act of 2002 - Amends the Federal criminal code to require a prisoner who is being released from a sentence of imprisonment for a sex offense in which a minor was the victim to be committed to an appropriate institution for treatment at the time of release and to remain in treatment until cured or determined not to be a threat to society.Makes this Act inapplicable to persons subject to the...
