Workplace Employee Stock Option Act of 2002 - Amends the Internal Revenue Code to provide for the exclusion from gross income of certain stock purchased with payroll deductions through an employee stock purchase plan.Sets forth special rules with respect to the inclusion of nonresident aliens under the provisions of this Act.
