Sierra National Forest Land Exchange Act of 2002 - Provides, in the Sierra National Forest, California, for the exchange of lands between the current owners and the Secretary of Agriculture. Makes the conveyance contingent on the owners conveying their parcel to the Sequoia Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
