Sunset of Helms-Burton Act of 2002 - Terminates the Cuban Liberty and Democratic Solidarity (LIBERTAD) Act of 1996 (Helms-Burton Act) on, and prohibits bringing any action under that Act with respect to trafficking on or after, March 31, 2003.Terminates denials of visas and exclusions from the United States (pursuant to that Act) of aliens who have confiscated property of U.S. nationals or who traffic in such property.
