Wartime Parity and Justice Act of 2001 - Allows certain individuals of Japanese ancestry who were brought forcibly to the United States from countries in Latin America and interned in the United States during World War II to be provided restitution under the Civil Liberties Act of 1988.Urges the President to transmit a letter of apology to each such individual.Makes the Attorney General responsible for identifying and locating individuals...
