Bill Summary
Amends Federal aviation law preempting State authority (of at least two States) over air carrier prices, routes, and services. Declares that such preemption shall not be construed to prevent a State attorney general from enforcing State consumer protection law prohibiting unfair or deceptive business practices or unfair methods of competition with respect to air transportation or the advertisement or sale of air transportation services.
