Provides that when the House of Representatives adjourns on August 2 or 3, 2001, and on each of its successive days of meetings under this order, it stand adjourned until noon on each third successive day until September 5, 2001, unless the House receives a message from the Senate transmitting its adoption of a concurrent resolution providing for the summer district work period.
