Title I: Grand Teton National Park Land Exchange - (Sec. 102) Directs the Secretary of the Interior to acquire specified State lands within the boundaries of Grand Teton National Park by donation, purchase, or exchange for specified Federal lands of equal value in Wyoming.(Sec. 104) Requires the acquired lands to become and to be managed as part of the Park.(Sec. 105) Authorizes appropriations.Title II: James V.
