Child Care Affordability for Federal Employees Act - Permits executive agencies to use appropriated funds (available for salaries and expenses) to provide child care in Federal or leased facilities, or through contracts, for civilian employees. Requires amounts used to be applied to improve the affordability of child care for lower income employees.
