Directs the Secretary of State to establish within each U.S. Embassy a Terrorist Lookout Committee, which shall include the head of the political section and senior representatives of all U.S. law enforcement agencies, and the intelligence community, under the authority of the chief of mission. Requires each Committee to meet at least monthly and: (1) report to the Department of State all names submitted for inclusion in the visa lookout...
