Emergency Food Assistance Program Enhancement Act of 2001 - Amends the Emergency Food Assistance Act of 1983 to extend the emergency food assistance program (program).Amends the Food Stamp Act of 1977 to: (1) extend authority and increase funding for commodity purchases for program use; and (2) authorize and obligate fund use for related State processing, storing, transporting, and distributing costs.
