Mineral Leasing Act Revision of 2001 - Amends the Mineral Leasing Act to exempt an oil or gas lease from the statutory acreage limitation if it is a lease: (1) for which certain royalty has either been paid or waived by the Secretary of the Interior; or (2) that has been committed to a federally approved cooperative plan, unit plan, or communitization agreement.States that the lease limitations of the Mineral Leasing Act shall apply separately...
