Pacific Salmon Recovery Act - Requires the Secretary of Commerce, subject to appropriations, to provide financial assistance for salmon conservation and habitat restoration activities to eligible States (Alaska, Washington, Oregon, and California, and Idaho) and tribal governments in such States.
