Terrorist Victims' Courtroom Access Act - Directs the trial court, in order to permit victims of crimes associated with the September 11, 2001, terrorist acts to watch proceedings in the criminal case against Zacarias Moussaoui, to order closed circuit televising of the proceedings to locations in Northern Virginia, Los Angeles, New York City, Boston, Newark, San Francisco, and such other locations the court determines are reasonably necessary...
