Assurance of Advanced Life Support Act of 2001 - Amends title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act to direct the Secretary of Health and Human Services to revise the fee schedule for ambulance services to phase-out the current basis of reimbursement in the same manner as the new portions of the fee schedule are phased-in with respect to the levels of ambulance service required to equip all ambulances to provide advanced life support...
