International Tuberculosis Control Act of 2002 - Amends the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 to revise requirements for assistance for health programs in developing countries to declare that Congress recognizes that the means exist to control and treat the growing international problem of tuberculosis by implementing the Global Plan to Stop Tuberculosis and investing in new mechanisms like the Global Tuberculosis Drug Facility.
