Childhood Vaccine Supply Act of 2002 - Amends the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to require a sole manufacturer of a biological product (currently, a drug) subject to licensure to notify the Secretary of Health and Human Services no later than one year before discontinuing its manufacture.
