Authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture to sell or exchange certain administrative sites and land in the Ouachita National Forest, Arkansas and Oklahoma, and the Ozark-St. Francis National Forest, Arkansas. States that any resultant funds shall be available for acquisition, improvement, or construction of administrative facilities, land, or interests in land for the national forests in Arkansas or Oklahoma.Authorizes appropriations.
