Recreational Fee Authority Act of 2002 - Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to establish and collect fees for: (1) admission to a unit, area, or site administered by the National Park Service (NPS); and (2) the use of NPS administered areas, lands, sites, facilities, and services. Sets forth considerations for establishment of fair and equitable fees, including the Government's costs and revenues and the cumulative effect of fees charged...
