Bill Summary

Amends Federal aviation law to prohibit the opening of the cockpit door of a passenger aircraft while in flight, unless: (1) the cockpit has double doors monitored by remote camera, the first of which (mantrap door) must be locked before the second can be opened; and (2) the flight crew can prevent unlocking of the door to the flight deck.
