Wind Cave National Park Boundary Revision Act of 2002 - Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to acquire specified land for addition to the Wind Cave National Park in South Dakota by donation, purchase from a willing seller, or exchange. Requires the Park's boundaries to be adjusted to reflect the acquisition of land.Requires the Secretary to: (1) administer acquired land as part of the Park; and (2) transfer administration jurisdiction...
