Flag Protection Act of 2002 - Amends the Federal criminal code to revise provisions regarding desecration of the U.S. flag to: (1) include as a "flag" one that would be taken to be a U.S. flag by a reasonable observer; (2) prohibit destroying or damaging a flag with the primary purpose and intent to, and under circumstances in which such action is reasonably likely to, produce imminent violence or a breach of the peace; and (3) prohibit...
