Marine Turtle Conservation Act of 2002 - Directs the Secretary of the Interior to provide financial assistance for projects for the conservation of marine turtles (loggerhead, green, hawksbill, Kemp's ridley, olive ridley, and leatherback) using amounts in a Marine Turtle Conservation Fund established by this Act.Allows a project proposal to be submitted by: (1) any wildlife management authority of a country that has within its boundaries...
