Bill Summary
Authorizes the Secretary of the Army to carry out the Chickamauga Lock and Dam navigation project in Tennessee substantially in accordance with the plans and conditions described in the Report of the Chief of Engineers dated May 30, 2002. Requires 50 percent of the Project's construction costs to be paid from the general fund of the Treasury and 50 percent to be paid from the Inland Waterways Trust Fund.
