Fort Donelson National Battlefield Expansion Act of 2002 - Revises the boundary of Fort Donelson National Battlefield to include Fort Donelson National Cemetery in Stewart County, Tennessee, and Fort Heiman and any associated land in Calloway County, Kentucky.Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to acquire from a willing seller eligible land for inclusion in the Battlefield.
