Authorizes: (1) Elizabeth Kay Tucker or any other current or former employee of Senator Craig to testify and produce documents in the case of State of Idaho v. Joseph Daniel Hooper, except concerning matters for which a privilege should be asserted; and (2) the Senate Counsel to represent such individuals in connection with the testimony and document production.
