Bill Summary
Provides that : (1) Executive Order 13233 of November 1, 2001 (relating to restrictions on access to presidential records with respect to constitutionally based privileges) shall have no force or effect; and (2) Executive Order 12667 of January 18, 1989 (relating to the assertion of executive privilege in connection with the release of presidential records) shall apply by its terms.
