Bill Summary
Medicare Outpatient Copayment Reduction Act of 2003 - Amends title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act (SSA), with respect to the prospective payment system for hospital outpatient department (OPD) services, to provide for an extended period through 2010 of increased graduated reduction of the Medicare beneficiary copayment for a covered OPD service furnished under Medicare.
