Bill Summary
Amends the Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act to authorize licensed firearms dealers to conduct firearms transfers and business with other licensed dealers away from the business premises from which such a person is licensed to conduct business, without requiring the payment of a separate fee under the Act for doing so.
