Lifetime Consequences for Sex Offenders Act of 2003 - Amends the Federal criminal code to make any term of years or life the authorized term of supervised release for the offenses of sexual abuse, sexual exploitation of children, transportation for illegal sexual activity (generally), and sex trafficking of children.
