Pride in the Lunch Line Act of 2004 - Amends the Child Nutrition Act of 1966 and the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act to provide for the expanded use of technology and information management systems in the administration of the school lunch and breakfast programs, including providing for methods to ensure that there shall not be any overt identification of children receiving free or reduced price meals.
