Restoring the Everglades, an American Legacy Act of 2004 - Authorizes the Secretary of the Army to carry out the project for the ecosystem restoration, water supply, flood control, and protection of water quality, Indian River Lagoon-South, Florida, and the project for the ecosystem restoration, Southern Golden Gate Estates, Collier County, Florida, at specified costs, after the Chief of Engineers has issued favorable reports for the projects.
