Save American Jobs Through L Visa Reform Act of 2004 - Amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to eliminate specialized knowledge as a basis for obtaining an L (intracompany transferee) nonimmigrant visa. Imposes an annual numerical limitation of 35,000 on the number of L visas that may be issued to principal aliens.
