Medicare Hospital Accreditation Act of 2004 - Amends part E (Miscellaneous Provisions) of title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act to revoke the "deeming authority" for Medicare certification of hospitals of the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Hospitals (JCAH), under which a hospital accredited by the JCAH shall be deemed to meet the requirements for a Medicare-certified hospital.
