Bill Summary
Amends the Federal criminal code to (1) apply the prohibition against knowingly manufacturing or selling any military decoration or medal without authorization to any certificate or similar document awarding such a decoration or medal; (2) increase the penalty for violating such prohibition to two years' imprisonment; and (3) increase the penalty with respect to a Congressional Medal of Honor to five years' imprisonment.
