El Camino Real de los Tejas National Historic Trail Act - Amends the National Trails System Act to designate El Camino Real de los Tejas (the Trail) as a National Historic Trail. Authorizes the establishment of the Trail on portions of the National Historic Trail on: (1) publicly-owned lands; and (2) privately-owned lands only with the consent of the landowner. Requires the Secretary of the Interior to administer the Trail and to consult with...
