Soledad Canyon Mine Lease Cancellation Act - Instructs the Secretary of the Interior to cancel two specified Bureau of Land Management leases pertaining to the extraction of sand and gravel from the Federal mineral estate in land in Soledad Canyon adjacent to the City of Santa Clarita, California. Authorizes the Secretary to issue new leases for the extraction of sand and gravel in the Soledad Canyon, California.
