John Muir National Historic Site Boundary Adjustment Act - Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to acquire specified land for addition to the John Muir National Historic Site. Adjusts the boundaries of the Historic Site to reflect such acquisition. Requires the Secretary to administer the acquired land as part of the Historic Site.
