Comprehensive Peace in Sudan Act of 2004 - (Sec. 4) States that it is the sense of Congress that the Sudan Peace Act is relevant and should be extended to the Darfur region of Sudan. Expresses the sense of Congress regarding the conflict in Sudan, including U.S., United Nations (UN), and international humanitarian and political actions to address the conflict.
