Atchafalaya National Heritage Area Act - Establishes the Atchafalaya National Heritage Area in Louisiana. Designates the Atchafalaya Trace Commission as the local coordinating entity of such Area which shall develop and implement an Area management plan for the protection, interpretation, and enjoyment of such Area, subject to the Secretary of the Interior's approval.
