Wind Cave National Park Boundary Revision Act of 2003 - Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to acquire specified land or interests for addition to the Wind Cave National Park in South Dakota. Requires the Park's boundaries to be adjusted to reflect the acquisition of land. Requires the Secretary to: (1) administer acquired land as part of the Park; and (2) transfer administrative jurisdiction over specified Bureau of Land Management (BLM)...
