Bill Summary
Honors the victims of the 1975-1979 genocide in Cambodia. Welcomes the establishment of an international criminal tribunal to bring to justice the perpetrators of the Cambodian genocide, with the hope that proceedings of the tribunal will meet international standards of justice.
