Old Man of the Mountain Commemorative Coin Act - Instructs the Secretary of the Treasury to mint and issue $5 gold coins and $1 silver coins emblematic of the Old Man of the Mountain, the granite symbol of New Hampshire's fierce independence. States that no coins may be minted under this Act after December 31, 2008. Requires all surcharges received from such coin sales to be paid by the Secretary to the Old Man of the Mountain Revitalization...
