Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to reduce, through December 31, 2006, the duty on formulations of Azoxystrobin which include Azoxystrobin Technical - benzeneacetic acid, 2-[[6-(2-cyanophenoxy)-4-pyrimidinyl]oxy}-alpha-(Methoxymethylene)-methyl ester,(alphaE)-. Specifies incremental increases in such duty from: (1) January 1, 2007, through December 31, 2007; and (2) January 1, 2008, through December 31, 2008.
