Student Nutrition and Health Act - Authorizes the Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to make grants to local educational agencies to: (1) purchase or lease qualified vending machines that offer healthy foods or beverages in portions not exceeding specified maximums to place in schools for student use; and (2) offset any loss of revenue resulting from offering only healthy foods and beverages for sale in vending...
