Bill Summary
Provides that, for purposes of the Supplemental Security Income (SSI) program under title XVI of the Social Security Act, the Bayshore Manor assisted living facility in Key West, Florida, shall not be considered to be a public institution under the SSI program for so long as the facility serves 40 or fewer residents. (Thus enables the residents of the Bayshore Manor facility to continue to receive SSI benefits.)
